Babies don't stay babies

My friend, Sarah, posted this poem recently on her blog. I love this poem and it has been in my head ever since I read it on Sarah's blog last week.

Cleaning and scrubbing can wait till tomorrow.
For babies grow up, we've learned to our sorrow.
So quiet down cobwebs, and dust go to sleep.
I'm rocking my baby, for babies don't keep.

I have been taking this poem to heart. My usual Sundays consisted of cleaning the house while Randy went to play golf, but yesterday I just played with Reese the whole time (I did clean when he was napping). He has just learned to sit up on his own and can hold it for a little under a minute. I spent the entire time he was awake really working with him on mastering this skill and he is doing great.
